Removing pulp 2

Mr. Venderhoef uses both thumb and spoon depending on the resistance of the pulp. The important thing is to separate the flesh of the citrus from the white pulp of the skin and remove as many of the seeds as possible. Once cooked down, the citurs "flesh" will be strained to remove any remaining bits and pieces. When all the "flesh" is removed and in the pot, add 10 cups clear, fresh water to the pulp.
