Washing the fish and cleaning the innards.

Under running water, clean and gut the fish and the vegetables. Lulu still uses her ancient carved stone sink. In fact, her kitchen is also totally authentic, so much so, that she has retained the waist high fire place and had a gas stove installed in the space under the stair case outside the kitchen! And who can blame her?
