Go to market with Chef MacDonald
Executive Chef Ken MacDonald takes us to the Cross Roads Farmers Market at the mouth of the Carmel Valley. This chef who is passionate about only using the finest and freshest ingredients in his cooking, takes us along with him to pick up the most succulent fruit from the market all the while telling us about his approach to cooking. Then carries it further back in his kitchen as he examines his latest delivery of vegetables.

Join us for Lunch & Dinner at "EDgar's"
Chef Ken MacDonald (see the video going to market with chef MacDonald above) has brought superb cuisine to this long established restaurant in the club house of the Quail Lodge Golf Course in the famous Carmel Valley, California.
