Meet Executive Chef Anna Marie Bayonito of the Corkscrew Cafe in the lovely Carmel Valley just south of San Francisco and inland a bit from the world famous Carmel-by-the-Sea on the coast of California. She exhibits a deft and sophisticated touch with her food, keeping it at once simple and controlled, letting the fine ingredients available to her take the lead. She does not get in their way, just balances their relationships on the plate.

Join us for lunch with the cuisine of talented Chef Anna Marie Bayonito from the "Corkscrew Cafe", a sophisticated French influenced cuisine with California and regional personality dictated by the use of locally grown and produced ingredients. Served in a charmingly rustic and informal environment that is distinctly South West USA inside and also outside in the back garden. Wine is from the winery "Georis", proprietors of both the winery and the restaurant.
