Pool and hotel buildings

The hotel was originally conceived as a small Mediterranean village. Since the
owner who operated between Marseilles and Beirut, he had the hotel created as an
assembly of joined houses with different facades and roof levels, then had them
painted white. But with the pastel colors creeping along the Riviera coast from
Italy and Nice, the grand remodeling in the mid 1990's saw a wider palette used
with the result that the village motif is even more evident and filled with
the bright, fun colors of old fishing villages of the Mediterranean.
