Now we get to the heart of the "Afternoon Tea" at the St. James's Hotel & Club.
On the ground floor is a chocolate covered cake; the next level up contain the scones (both regular and chocolate), a strawberry in chocolate sauce and other fruits each in other gooey, deliciously sinful sauces; then on the penthouse level there are miniature Pimm's cups, biscuits and some other goodies as well as the champagne candle.
