Amuse Bouche2 with home made bread sticks large and small warm from the oven and pepered with ham bits as well as mini-rolls. The rolls are stuffed with (from bottom to top) lettuce, cherry tomatoes, nuggets of fresh goat cheese, olives Nicoise and a sun dried tomato. The bread slices - one covered with caviar of eggplant, the other with sliced tomatoes covered with melted flakes of Parmisan and drizzled with Olive Oil from nearby Manosque and sprinkled with Herbs de Provence. |
