Chocolate Dessert plate consisting of a half dome of chocolate truffle and a cup of marvelously bitter chocolate syrup to pour over the caramelized bananas (I know they look like sausages but they were indeed delicious flambéd exotic bananas). Just behind the plate is the obligatory plate of almond totillas and other mouth watering chocolate delicacies.
